I am a certified AI consultant who trained as a software engineer, so every recommendation I make is written by someone who knows what it costs to build.
My work begins before the tool decision. I examine how work actually moves through an organisation: where information fragments, where citizens or customers wait, where teams repeat manual tasks, and where technology has been added without changing how anything operates. The constraint comes first; the technology answers to it.
From there I advise, train and, where the engagement calls for it, implement: intelligence instruments for institutional decisions, AI agents for service delivery, workflow automation, decision dashboards and the digital platforms around them. My background spans software engineering, cloud systems, automation and cybersecurity, which means the strategic question and the technical reality are never allowed to drift apart.
I advise. I train. And when the plan is approved, I am still there to build it.
